Our Service Desk Analysts (1st Line Support) are IT professionals who supply technical support to users. They are the first point of contact in an IT environment. They respond to incoming requests which can be via phone calls, emails, web chat or a walk in for IT support and resolve network, hardware, and software issues with computers. They also perform technical maintenance and software installations and updates. Any technical issues that the Service Desk are not able to resolve, is escalated to the 2nd line for remediation.
The 2nd Line team at Faye Tech Ltd handles all escalated issues that Service Desk are unable to resolve. We provide a well experienced set of 2nd line IT professionals that fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, software installations and hardware repair (including contacting manufacturers to fix issues). They are the onsite IT contacts, but sometimes they can perform their duties remotely with more specific knowledge than the Service Desk.

Our team possess in-depth practical knowledge of wide range infrastructure and back office products. They are willing to share this knowledge to resolve your technical problem, offer advice, guidance to the client and liaising with 3rd parties on support issues as appropriate.
